"The commute to downtown is quick n easy from here. I have enjoyed every person i’ve met here. Everyone is so friendly. Most people hardly knew one another but eachbone was eager to met me"
  • Tatiana M.
"There are plenty of bars, and bands that are in the area. The beach is close by so you can go there in the morning as it is walking distance from where I live. "
  • Afplt123
"Beachside friendly, safe and fun neighborhood. You could not find a better place to raise a family. Numerous community activities throughout the year. Walk to the beach and wave to the neighbors on your way as everyone is friendly here.seapark Elementary, best in the country!"
  • Afplt123
"Great schools. No crime. Good people. Safe family and retired mixed groups of neighbors. Don’t tell others how nice it is here, don’t want the secret to get out. Watch rocket launch’s from your lawn and walk To beach. "
  • Ladyt7788
"I’ve been here twenty one years and I don’t know my neighbors beyond getting their mail. The houses around me are vacant at times because the people don’t live here all the time. I don’t think the people are friendly around me at all. "
  • Ladyt7788
"People just live here. Mostly part time. Not many kids. I don’t feel like a community. The beach is close but you can’t go right here because of the condo people won’t allow. The weather is great in the winter."
  • Ladyt7788
"I like the area. We don’t have good beach access without a little commute. Some people are friendly. Some people are not here all the time. I enjoy this area except for the cancer chemicals in the water and soil."
  • Penny N.
"Have lived in area for over 30 years. "
  • redavis91
"We have 3 public beach parks within a 1 mile walking distance. Each park has limited parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables. 2 Walk/Bike paths run parallel to Highway A1A and S Patrick Drive. "
  • Kenneth P.
"I lived here from 1969 to '71 when I was in elementary school and it still looks the same. The beach across from South Patrick Drive.Hightower Beach Park, is clean and has ample parking as well as free of charge. It is never crowded,at least from what I have seen in June,July and August. I don't know about holidays like 4th of July though. But you can go there, park, leave and still find ample parking upon your return. As I said, a fantastic summer residence!"
  • whatsamaddayou2002
"Canals lead to the Banana River, The Intracoastal waterway and out to the Atlantic Ocean. Good sailboat area with deep water. Close to beach, everything is here, you don't even need to go over the causeway to the mainland if you don't want to, it is all here-- shopping, restaurants, tennis, boating, cycling, walking, clean beaches and great neighbors. "
  • Sofia E.
"I live and work in this area. Kids all know each other. Neighbors look out for each other. Well established, 3 minute walk to Ocean. 5 minutes to I95. "
  • deborahgalbraith
"high volume of local traffic that exceeds posted speed limit.commercial resturant fumes.abandon houses that attract vagrants and scrappers.hidden trails that attract suspicious activities."
