About this House

RENT INCLUDES MOST UTILITIES (at least a $200 - 300/month benefit!) Manufactured home is located on a fenced acre in beautiful Temecula wine country with entry from the street. This is not an apartment. House has beautiful views from each window. Lots of land to plant a garden and enjoy the many large pine trees and sunsets. Located within a mile of Peltzer and Long Shadow Ranch Wineries.
Two bedrooms PLUS a den/office/3rd bedroom, open living room, dining room, kitchen includes dishwasher, refrigerator, and laundry room with electric washer and propane dryer.
Primary bedroom has large attached bathroom with shower and large soaking tub, and two sinks. Ceiling fans are throughout house.
Two large dogs (non aggressive) are allowed with $50 per dog rent added to monthly rent. Coyotes can and have jumped the chain link fence so dogs should be brought indoors at night.
Lots of room for parking with one covered spot
No cats.
No smoking of any kind.

UTILITIES included in rent: water, electricity, propane/gas, trash, gardener.
Internet must be set up through tenant.
