The newer washer and dryer are in the unfinished lower level with a walkout to a large backyard. Great location close to shopping and grade school. Easy access to Hwy 30 and I-35. Single car garage with off street parking.

Ideal renter would sign a lease through July 2025 but a shorter term may be an option. Tenant pays all utilities. Yard and snow removal are taken care of by the landlord. No pets and non-smoker please.
