About this House

Great 4 bedroom home with lake view and great community pool and playground close bye. The common areas of the house are tile with new flooring in all 4 bedrooms. Large kitchen with a breakfast nook and great Master Bedroom with large bathroom and walk-in closet. Lawn care is included in the price of the rent but utilities are at the cost of the renter.

Looking for long term renters that will treat the home with care. I am quick to react with fixing real issues that affect the renter and the property itself
