Rodgers Forge is a beautiful neighborhood filled with young families in an excellent school district (Rodgers Forge Elementary School, West Town Elementary School, Dumbarton Middle School, and Townson High School). The neighbors are very friendly with families normally walking around the neighborhood. Very safe area! The house is a few minute walk from the tot-lot, schools/playgrounds, grocery store (Giant), and shopping mall. Great location for commutes with access to I-83 and 695 nearby. 20 minutes to Johns Hopkins Medical Campus, 10 minutes to Johns Hopkins Homewood Campus, 20 minutes to University of Maryland Medical Center, 3 minutes to Towson University. Closest airport is BWI (30 minutes) and closest hospital is GBMC (7 min).
Landlords are a young couple who used to live in the home but have relocated. We will continue to manage the property. We are very willing to negotiate on lawn care, furnishings, or maintenance on the house within reason. We have furniture (large corner couch and stools) that we are more than happy to leave here should you want them.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent of a studious minority child, I am 100% disappointed in the leadership at Dumbarton Middle School. The Administration has no EFFECTIVE protocol for addressing bullies or harassment from students and teachers. Yes i said teachers! The teachers here are so hell bent on control that they give students failing grades if the kid doesn't attend unwarranted detention. The students here are sooooo stressed with trying to get to class with minimal to no travel time ......minimal time to get through lunch the line and eat. Which is so bad , I had to pack my kid lunch everyday. Now that we've scratched the service the BIGGEST ISSUE is the phone investigations when bullying occur and the "so called outcome" not being disclosed to the victim or victims family. While the teachers at the school are incredibly kind, supportive, and truly passionate about teaching, our interactions with the principal were deeply disappointing.My child was a well-behaved student who attended school every day, was never in trouble, and genuinely enjoyed being there.They made many friends and were very happy. However, after we moved, we felt that every effort was made to prevent my child trom continuing to attend the school. This was extremely hurtful and confusing, especially given my child's positive record.As a parent, I was left feeling concerned and disheartened by how the situation was handled. My son and daughter have been attending this school for two years now, and they are both in Advanced Placement classes, as the teachers and staff have made it very easy for them to learn. But at first, Towson High wasn't my first option for my kids I wanted them to go to Dulaney but chose Towson as I was recommended and I am happy to say I chose Towson I thought it was a bad school but I was very wrong if you want your kid to be excited about school, to read, to learn I highly recommend Towson HighParent Review10mo ago
