Description

Appreciate the charm, see the possibility! This Classic Cape welcomes you with an expansive front yard and mature landscaping. Step inside to rich hardwood floors, and notice the front-to-back living room on your right. This room is filled with warmth and character, a natural gathering place! Lovely brickwork surrounds a pellet stove, useful for these chilly winter nights. Continue down the hall, past a first floor FULL bath- an extra convenience you don't see in all Cape homes! The tiled kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space and an open concept pass-through to the Dining Room. Here you can relax with your coffee while sunlight streams in from sliders that lead onto the HUGE wraparound deck. Continue upstairs to the generous Master, plenty of room for large furniture or a sitting area! Across the way you'll find two more bedrooms, light & bright with views of wooded surroundings. You'll also find a second bath with walk-in shower, complete with double vanity so there's plenty of room for everyone to get ready. Want to spread out? The finished basement area could be used for guest, office, or creative space. The walkout leads you to the sounds of nature in your private backyard, with under-deck space and shed for places to keep firewood or yard equipment! This is the ideal location to enjoy a quiet neighborhood feel with 101, shopping, and other amenities just mere minutes away. Basement space does not have heat source.

"There are many families in this area, as well as many commuters. There are many businesses and local shopping centers to browse."
  • Nova C.
"There are a lot of dog walkers in the area. However very few houses have fenced in yards so walking your dog is really the only option unless they’re good off leash or you want to build a fence"
  • Mikesgirl767
"quite yet it's close to all the stores you need for every day. it's also 20 mins. from O. the beach. Also opposite direction 30 mins. to the mall. "
  • Jetblackwings g. c.
"Epping is a cute town with lots of potential especially because of its convenient location. Unfortunately the schools are rated very poorly and this reflects a large portion of the voting public here who don't want to invest in their community (hence no sidewalks, little effort to revitalize downtown)."
  • Jenniferstarsullivan
"Lovely town and neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet but not to far from stores, schools and eateries."
  • Jenniferstarsullivan
"Lovely town of Epping and this beautiful neighborhood is tucked away, a very sweet community here. Very friendly."
  • Judy R.
"The most wonderful neighborhood in the world. Friendly neighbors, child-safe, little traffic, always quiet. "
  • Larry a. D. Y.
"Epping is well located for commuting to Portsmouth, Manchester, Concord and southern Maine. It is a quiet, peaceful, safe small town with an excellent public school system. In the past 5 or 6 years significant new retail development has occurred resulting in 2 new big box stores,a new grocery store, cinema complex, restaurants, and stores such as Marshalls, Michael's, GNC, etc making it very convenient for local shopping and entertainment."
  • lhayward41
"i live here, nice peaceful area with conservation land next door with lots of hiking trails and fishing for the kids. private pond out back for your own enjoyment.fenced in back yard for pets or small children. has 2 baths, not one. beautiful private property!"
  • kj
"We live in Village on the Lamprey, and love Epping. The neighborhood is wonderful, a great place to raise a family! We've been really impressed by the elementary school - the principal and staff are dedicated, there is an abundance of parent involvement, and there are excellent activities and events. We're only 20 minutes from the beach or Manchester, only 10 minutes to the Amtrak train in Exeter, and many commute into Boston to work! A great place to get more house for your money in comparison to over-priced Exeter and Stratham."
