    Beautiful large land for sale in Charlottesville, VA. How often do you see both water views and mountain views? Can you believe that Charlottesville has such a scene? This is the last lake in Charlottesville that you can build your house around. It is CONVENIENT to everything. Easy access to I-64 then Route 250. It is 5 minutes to Wegmans shopping center, about 8 minutes to UVA, 7 minutes to downtown mall, 10 minutes to Martha Jefferson Hospital. This large land is in well sought after Mountain Valley Farm sub division, which each property usually has 4 to 30 acres land. This land is water front, includes partial of the mountain, yet has a big portion of flat land to build your house. This land was allowed for horses at the purchase in 2005. This land is probably the last land that allows horses in Charlottesville. Photos were taken by the owner 15 years ago when foliage was the best. Most years the fall color is not this vibrant. The photos were taken when few houses were built, but now all almost all lots have been built. Still, it is very picturesque because each lot has a large land.       "Nothing unless you want to count the crime!!! The Spark is a terrible place to live! Gone through countless managers with everyone promising to make a change and the only thing that changes is the staff. Nothing gets fixed and the current office manager is rude. There is a serious rodent issue that everybody ignores and continually sends the insect companies to spray just so they can say they are doing something. Can’t wait to leave!!!"
