The townhouse has excellent access across the street to Rives Park for exercise, walks, mountain views, and gatherings.

Interstate 64 is only a couple minutes' drive. Downtown Belmont, Kathy's Shopping Center (restaurants, laundry, Latin grocery, day spa), Beer Run, and Firefly restaurant are a few of the walkable amenities.

The renter is responsible for electricity, internet/cable, water, and trash service. Exterior maintenance, recycling, HVAC filters, and public sidewalk snow removal are included. This is and always has been a non-smoking unit. Pets are evaluated on a case by case basis and may be subject to an additional monthly charge. 3x income to rent required. Minimum 12 month lease (or longer if preferred) with credit, background and reference check. Discounted monthly rent for 24mo+ lease. After an application is received the property is available for tours and is move-in ready. The security deposit and first month's rent are due at lease signing.
