The townhouse has excellent access across the street to Rives Park for exercise, walks, mountain views, and gatherings.

Interstate 64 is only a couple minutes' drive. Downtown Belmont, Kathy's Shopping Center (restaurants, laundry, Latin grocery, day spa), Beer Run, and Firefly restaurant are a few of the walkable amenities.

The renter is responsible for electricity, internet/cable, water, and trash service. Exterior maintenance, recycling, HVAC filters, and public sidewalk snow removal are included. This is and always has been a non-smoking unit. Pets are evaluated on a case by case basis and may be subject to an additional monthly charge. 3x income to rent required.
