Rent is $1,300* per month and includes all utilities (except phone); security deposit = $2,600; $5 non-refundable application fee for every occupant over 18 years of age and once application is approved there is a $30 fee for a credit/background check.

This home is NOT currently approved for Section 8. Applications that includes Section 8 Vouchers as a form of income are always considered but we cannot guarantee the timely processing completed by the Housing Authority of SLO that is required to approve a unit for their program.

This is a very peaceful and orderly neighborhood; not for the party type.

Cats considered. Rent to be $1,375 & security deposit to be $2,750. Proof of vaccinations from their Vet is required as well as a personal meeting with Property Manager.
