LIVING
The living area and large deck face South, get wonderful light all year and have a view of the front range! The rest of the unit and windows face West.
The living room also has a gas fireplace that really warms the space in colder months.
The bar, built in shelving and most of the side tables and other shelves were hand built by previous owner and add a nice warmth to the condo.

BEDROOMS
The condo is set up with a double bed and a twin bed and an office that is currently used as a gear room/storage.

    "My dog has been attacked twice by loose dogs without any owners in sight. I often see loose dogs and most do not clean up after their dogs. "

    "It’s a more affordable area to live and it’s close to downtown. There are problem areas in the neighborhood, certain streets are not safe. I moved away after being mugged outside the grocery store. "

    "I have lived in this community for 40 years. The people that live here are for the most part decent and hard working and the neighborhood has an active community council where residents can get involved or have their voices heard. The community has a mix of people from every walk of life and is one of the most diverse in Anchorage. There are areas of concern surrounding some parts of the neighborhood where social service agencies provide services and undesirable negative externalities remain unmitigated. Yet in those areas a person can still feel safe however although I wouldn't want to own a home or business adjacent. These areas that are challenging and the others this community face are not insurmountable. The neighborhood has easy access to parks, trails, sports complexes as well as venues for concerts, sporting events and other cultural attractions. Someone looking for a place to live and grow with a community and make a difference in the world would do well to consider Fairview. The future of Anchorage passes through Fairview."

    "I have never participated in Fairview activities, it is not safe. I have lived in Fairview for 7 years and it has never been safe after dark. "

    "The blocks around the elementary school are lovey, relatively safe and nice views of mountains. I never leave anything valuable in my car and don’t go walking after 10:30p. "
