The bathrooms and kitchen have been completely renovated with upscale and energy efficient appliances. The pool is dark bottom with spa and slate surrounding. Again, this property has beautiful lavender, rose, etc gardens. The sprinkling system was installed in 2012 along with all new sod. In addition there were 9 palm trees installed around patio/pool area and in the grass area a large tulip and medium plum tree - non fruit. There are a few orange, lemon and lime trees along back fence. Patio is covered and allows for outdoor living. Fabulous yard for animals and children needing to RUN. The property is in walking distance to park with climbing structures and basketball courts.
