About this House

This home was dismal when purchased, but it's been beautifully renovated with a mid-century modern feel. It's not a large home, but has ample storage. The bathrooms and kitchen have been completely renovated with upscale and energy efficient appliances. Since this home is on an active street - a reinforced wall was built (with a smooth finish) for a sound and protection barrier. In addition a 10 foot ficus hedge surrounds the wall and creates a beautiful private garden in the front of the home. A new walk way and front porch was installed with gorgeous gardens around it. There are two iron gate with wood for entrance gates to front door - one from parking, the other from street parking. The entrance to backyard also has matching iron/dark wood gates to protect access to backyard and side yard RV parking. The opposite side of house has front and back iron gates within garden for flow to front and back yards. It's and ideal shaded beautiful dog run when guests visit - or when you don't want people to enter through house to pool area. There is a high-end secured pool fence in the backyard. The pool is dark bottom with spa and slate surrounding. Again, this property has beautiful lavender, rose, etc gardens. The sprinkling system was installed in 2012 along with all new sod. In addition there were 9 palm trees installed around patio/pool area and in the grass area a large tulip and medium plum tree - non fruit. There are a few orange, lemon and lime trees along back fence. Patio is covered and allows for outdoor living. Fabulous yard for animals and children needing to RUN. The property is in walking distance to park with climbing structures and basketball courts.
