If paid weekly, provide one full month pay stubs. If self-employed we need 2 years most recent tax returns, the first two pages only. Gross Income needs to be 2 1/2 times the rent, applicant must have at least 3 months rental reserves in bank to prove they can cover the full security deposit and first months rent. NO PETS, This is a two year lease, no exceptions looking for a long-term tenant.
