About this House

Welcome to our beautiful, sunny, home in Doylestown! Our house is tastefully furnished with natural wooden floors, beautiful furniture, and handmade art pieces. Downstairs, we have a beautiful living room with a Mendota gas fireplace, an enormous and comfortable couch, a home office (standing desk and dual monitors), dining room, fully-equipped kitchen (gas stovetop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, etc.) In the sun room, enjoy our Apple TV and two beautiful handmade leather love seats. Other amenities include high-speed internet and washer/dryer.

Upstairs, enjoy a large primary bedroom that fills with natural sunlight in the mornings, with a private bathroom (shower and double sink). Just down the hallway are a second and third bedroom, with a shared bathroom with a shower bath.

Outside, you'll have access to a beautiful porch overlooking the yard, a patio with grill and seating area, and an outdoor firepit. Fun activities include a ping pong table, and we are happy to lend you our bikes and kayak. Our excellent location is private, yet highly walkable - within an easy 15 minutes walk, you can reach nearby parks, the pool, schools, the public library, county theater, and countless restaurants, cafes, and bars. Not to mention shopping, museums, the Doylestown train station with service to Philadelphia, and even two castles!

This property is perfect for a family of 2-4 people. To promote conservation, utilities (water, gas, and electric) will be billed separately (keep in mind that electricity is heavily discounted due to roof solar panels). A 2-month lease minimum is preferred but negotiable.

Please note that we (the landlord) retain the use and access to the basement for storage. We do not live onsite. Smoking is not permitted inside and we unfortunately cannot permit pets due to allergies, with the exception of certain hypoallergenic dogs.
