Large windows make the space bright, and the new furnishings make the space move-in ready (new vinyl flooring, kitchen, paint, bathroom, bedroom carpet, and heating/cooling with eco-friendly heat pump).

No dogs or indoor smoking allowed. Cats and other small pets negotiable with a pet deposit.

Rent: $1750/month
Utilities and fiber internet: $250/month (flat rate)

About the homeowners
We are a married couple who are curious about the world. Both of us are engaged in heart-centered work: Kelly works from home offering spiritual development in the contemplative tradition, while Brandon runs Coburg Commons, the local indie bookstore and community space. We love meeting people, and both have had community living experience in the past. We'd love to find neighbors who would enjoy bonfires on the back patio, caring for the land, or sharing an occasional meal together.
