But with the addition of The Landing in Renton (2010) bringing shopping, entertainment and new upscale apartments, our area is even better. Metro Bus 240 serves our area and on ramps to I405 are nearby. Our community meetings are quarterly, we visit, walk our dogs, and enjoy raising our families in this eclectic neighborhood of kids, singles, couples and retirees. Investors are buying and fixing up homes. Nice changes over the last 2 years. "
