Located downtown Kalispell on the eastside, a very nice, and quiet neighborhood. The house has a yard, but I do not allow pets. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and one in the basement, with egress. There is a main bathroom and a second bathroom upstairs. The half bath is on the main floor. House is fully furnished, you will need your own linens. There is a laundry room and two car garage.
The house is walking distance to downtown shops and dining, less than a mile to two grocery stores.

The property is available January 11th through June 29th 2025
You will pay all heat/electric cost above the base $50 and water above $40/month. Internet is included in the cost.
