The Villages of Mariner Lakes is an ideal location in Orange Beach the pool is located just steps away from the front door and the beach is a short walk away where guests have deeded access to the walkway right onto the sugar white sands of the Gulf. If you prefer to drive, there is private parking available alongside the main road which makes beach access easy and quick! This community offers access to tennis and basketball courts and has several beautiful lakes which make for a peaceful morning or afternoon stroll. Additionally, you will be in short walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and beach shops.
The townhome has an open layout allowing the whole family to spend time together on the main floor. The kitchen, which has been fully renovated to include quartz countertops and brand-new appliances, is fully stocked with all the essentials needed for meal preparation. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and an abundant supply of coffee k-cups for the coffee lover in the family. Overlooking the dining room, the kitchen also has a bar area with seating for three. The dining area offers a bistro table with seating for 4 6. The main floor also has a bath, a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a full washer and dryer unit.
Upstairs, guests will find 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and large flat screen tv. The master bath has a vanity area with seating that is separate from the bathroom itself. The master bedroom offers a large walk-in closet with ample of storage space. The second guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a large flat screen tv as well as another spacious closet.
Lastly, you will find a private, screened patio providing even more space to relax. The storage closet on the patio houses beach chairs, a beach buggy, beach towels, toys, umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler to make your trip to the pool or beach a little easier.
This vacation rental offers 1 parking space immediately in front of the property. There are several other communal areas for parking if you have more than 1 vehicle, but it is advised to not bring more than 2 vehicles due to space limitations within the community. All tv's in this townhome (living room and two bedrooms) are smart tv's allowing you to access to Netflix, Hulu, etc for those lazy beach days. Lastly, there is a gas grill in the backyard for those days you want to stay in and cookout.
