About this House

Cozy 4 bed/2 bath single story home undergoing renovations and upgrades to flooring and plumbing, as well as new paint throughout and a low maintenance backyard update. Will be ready for February 1st move-in.
One of the bedrooms makes a perfect office or library opening up into great room, while the other bedrooms are along the hallway behind the great room, making for separation and privacy between living and sleeping rooms.
Fruitful pomegranate tree and low maintenance landscaping makes for an easy rental experience.
Fridge, dishwasher, and microwave all included - just moved out of pictures while flooring and painting is being finished. Includes quarterly pest control service.
Landlord lives 10-15 minutes away.

*Photos are of current renovation status as of 1/16/26 flooring is nearly complete, with baseboards being installed later this week. Finishing up paint and kitchen cabinets/backsplash shortly and I can add more pictures as it's completed.*

Renter is responsible for utilities. Landlord is providing quarterly pest control service. Lease is a 12 month lease, beginning on February 1st. This is a no smoking and prefer no pets but I am willing to discuss. Security Deposit due at signing.
Some backyard work may need to be done in February to plant easy-maintenance bushes.
