The home is quite well insulated and there are are dual pane windows and glass doors throughout the home.
The kitchen has been recently updated with new granite counters, dishwasher, sink and a rather new propane stove. The exterior was painted a few years ago and the original roof has been replaced. New interior paint and flooring are throughout most of the house - consisting of laminate, tile bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms and hall.
The property is suitable for horses, is partially fenced and has three wooden shop or storage barns, as well as lots of room for RV parking. There are no HOA fees, other than a $300/year fee to help maintain the private 1 mile-long road. People usually come to East View and stay twenty years or more, which helps with stability and safety for the neighborhood. It's a beautiful and enjoyable, quiet place to live.
