Why drive to the beach when you can walk? We are located 1 1/2 blocks from the beautiful Seacliff State Beach, Monterey Bay Coast.

The house is freshly painted we have a refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, and a New electric Range with a convection oven.

You can walk for miles on sand towards Monterey, you can shore fish, or just chill on the sand or cliffs. We are also walking distance to a few popular restaurants, a small market, a deli, and a Marianne's Ice Cream shop. Easy access to Highway-1. Just minutes away, for effortless coastal living.

There are a few other amazing beach properties, but we hope you consider ours and take a tour.

    "Aptos is nice. Very quiet and peaceful. Very safe. Nice natural grocery stores near by. A couple of nice restaurants. Weather during the rainy season can lead to extended power outages and road closures luckily that is only a few times a year. "

    "I use the Highway which is close to my neighborhood. Outside of that, the county bus system is the only public transit. The commute traffic is bad. Aptos is bikeable around the highway but there are many tight roads and can be hilly. "
