"overpopulated neighborhood is dirty and run down. Neighborhood is full of assisted living facilities and squatters are also a problem. SWAT team closed down the neighborhood a couple weeks ago due to an assault with a gun"

"There are many families in my neighborhood, the area has many friendly and kind neighbors. There are a couple of parks nearby. Lots of parents taking their kids to the park and lots of dogs being walked. This is a safe crime watch neighborhood. I have such a great acceptance of this community. "
