The absolutely gorgeous fully equipped kitchen will be a pleasure to cook in, featuring stunning quartz countertops, European-style cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious living areas provide loads of seating on the funky, cozy furniture and are the perfect spot to gather everyone and make plans for your activities. You'll love relaxing together around the TV and fireplace.

Your whole family or group will have ample space to spread out in the 5 large bedrooms and you'll enjoy the best sleep ever in the luxurious bedding. They contain top of the line furniture accented by gorgeous decor and accessories. And the bathrooms are no less! There is a small powder room and 2 full bathrooms. The oversized master bath has dual sinks and a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and body jets. It can be uncomfortable to use bathrooms that aren't your own, but you'll have no problem using these ones. They are all modern, clean, and soothing, promoting a relaxing atmosphere. You'll also have access to a separate laundry room, so you don't have to overpack.

As if all of that wasn't enough, the backyard is a true gem. Glittering in the sun, you'll have your very own large heated pool*! The fully fenced in private backyard oasis is an entertainer's delight with gorgeous landscaping, a cedar pergola, and relaxing lounge chairs perfect for soaking up some rays.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property.

*Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request.
*Pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees, you also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $60 per day to maintain the temperature.
$150 initial heating cost will apply + $90 per day to maintain 90 degrees temperature at all time. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $60 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees.

* Owner pays for all utilities (up to $200 for electric, $100 for water and gas) including internet.
* Parking available at the 2-car garage, driveway, or street.
* Listed monthly rate is applicable for a minimum of 6 months term. Rate may change for any lease term under 6 months.
* Please note that listing prices are subject to change during the summer season due to increased demand associated with the World Cup and related events.
* Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
* No parties or events allowed.
* Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
* Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
