About this House

My house is considered a beach box, built up on pylons where the idea is that you can use under side for many things ,children to play there ,park two cars there, to unload your shopping things out of the weather there, you can use it with large amounts of patio furniture, to entertain friends , or to have parties there, the first idea when building beach boxes was to not have floods under your house , but note that this residental area has a higher elevation lever than further south in KDH , and this area has never flooded from rain water run off. It has vinyl siding two new bath sinks/cabinets all carpets have been shampoed twice, and smell good, all the furniture can convey if wanted, you could buy just for an investment to rent it out because there is a large shortage of rentals in the area, and the rental value starts at $1,400 per month, and more if furnished. the house has a out door shower under it, and a laundry/storage room there. It has a recent new frige, in it new water heater last year, and recent new heat pump installed. It has a lot of live oak trees in the yard for shade and beach attraction.

    "The school is not properly set up for academics. Since Covid, it seems the teachers are less face teaching and more computer teaching. Sports- if you were not born here then your child will have a difficult time making teams and fitting in. It’s Daddy’s ball for sure with all sports and clubs. Drugs are in the schools so teach your child what to be careful with. "
