Private ranch style duplex just 5 minutes north of Carrs, in Wasilla. The property has a quant deck on the back of the property with plenty of space to develop a thriving vegetable garden of your own. The duplex is located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood in Wasilla on 2.75 acres of wooded land. Property owner is your neighbor so you don't need to worry about loud or messy neighbors next door.

Ask about monthy discount for medical professionals and first responders! Renter is responsible for gas, electric trash, and snow removal. Internet (starlink) and waste services included. No smoking on the property because...gross. Single pet allowed with very specific considerations and an additional $200 per month fee added to the monthly rent. Tennant will be required to provide documentation for service animals if one is required.

Tennant is allowed two vehicles on the property that are in good working order. (there is a storage facility that has space for additional vehicles only 4 minutes down the road) Outdoor storage is not permitted.

Parties or large (or loud) gatherings are not permitted.
Marijuana cultivation (or other controlled substance production) is absolutely not permitted. Indoor gardening beyond simple houseplants is not permitted (high moisture content develops mold).
The property frequently has small children on the premises. Therefore, we can not accept serious criminal offenders or registered sex offenders.
