Nice 1st floor , one bedroom apartment with in unit washer/dryer. Eat in kitchen(13x10). Living room (13x10) with some storage and nice sized bedroom (14 x 10). Off street parking for one car. Located close to everything in the borough of Downingtown. No pets !!

Rent is $1425.00 plus fixed fee of $25.00 for water, trash and sewer. Tenant pays electric ,heat(gas) and hot water. Application fee is $75.00 per person. Deposit of $715.00 due with application (refunded if turned down for this rental).
No pets and no smokers. This unit is not available for housing vouchers.

District teachers move here because they want their own children in the public schools. Downingtown has a good reputation that I know is real and not fake. The borough is always becoming more and more attractive over the years. "
