Large living room, kitchen, breakfast room, and storage closets. Laminate flooring and carpet throughout the apartment. Ceiling fans. Tub/shower in the bathroom. Great location across the street from the UCO library. Free resident parking on-site. Storage closets. Located along CityLink bus route with Paratransit available. Shared central laundry facility with washers and dryers on-site. Lawncare included in the monthly rent. Tenant responsible for all utilities in addition to the monthly rent.

First month's rent and security deposit required for all Tenants. 1 year lease minimum. Interested parties must apply online and be approved prior to showing or lease signing. $20 application fee per adult applicant.
