Great location across the street from the UCO library. Resident parking on site. Storage closets. Located along CityLink bus route with Paratransit available. Shared central laundry facility with washers and dryers on-site.

*All bills paid: Monthly utilities for electric, water, sewer, gas, and trash service are $250 in addition to the rental price. Lawn service and parking are included in monthly rent price. Shared central laundry facility with washers and dryers on-site.
