Johnstown is very close to the larger towns of Loveland, Ft. Collins and Greeley. It is less than an hour to Denver and about an hour to Estes Park, the beautiful home of Rocky Mountain National Park, a personal favorite of ours! Boyd Lake State Park, Horsetooth Reservoir, and Carter Lake are also close by for fun in the sun!

We prefer a minimum of a 3 month lease, but will consider as low as one month.
The price would be decreased for a one year lease agreement.

No smoking on premises.

    "Johnstown is a bedroom community in the Northern Colorado area. Pioneer Ridge is the Crown Jewel of the town. Good Schools, Nice Neighbors, Lots of kids. Pet Friendly, Low crime, Good covenants, HOA is solvent and receives "oil and Gas royalties" to defray many of the operating expenses. There is minimal public transportation, it is hard to walk to the center of town and the town has minimal shopping with no impressive nightlife. Loveland and Longmont are not too far away, however."
