This is a lovely in law apartment with front and back entrances separate from house. Shared driveway has parking for one car. Three season back porch. Downstairs is open concept, living, dining, full kitchen. Abundant cabinet space and two walk in closets. Full bathroom on first floor. Upstairs is very large bedroom and a half bath. Huge walk in closet extends one full wall. Brand new mini splits, one on each floor, will result in very low heating and cooling cost. Trash and snow removal provided. Ideal for short term or extended rentals for traveling professionals. Owners live in main part of house. We are retired social workers and have a friendly lab mix dog. Barker Street is one mile from the hospital and several blocks from Keene's downtown.

Owner pays water, trade and snow removal. Renter pays electricity. Month to month lease arrangements, with short term rentals possible. Security deposit with first month's rent. No smoking. No pets (owners have a dog).
