About this House

I am renting one room in this fully furnished house. Your room is the only room that is empty and available for you to furnish to your heart's desire. Everything else in the house is furnished. :)

Monthly rent is $850 and that INCLUDES utilities and internet. Lease term is 6 months, but I can work with you if you were looking for a little more flexibility. First and last month s rent is due at signing plus a $300 security deposit. There is also a $40 Non-Refundable Background Check Application Fee. If interested, please shoot me an email at sarahsariah@gmail.com or send me a text to 970-404-0205.

About me: My name is Sarah and I am a Chiropractor in the Boulder area. I am looking for a roommate to help subsidize the rent on the place. I have two pups. I enjoy a healthy life style. Looking for someone who is fine with dogs and who doesn't have animals themselves.

About the Place: This beautiful home has it all! The location is amazing. Just a stones throw away from CU, it makes commuting to campus or anywhere in downtown Boulder a breeze. A short walk from the house puts you within reach of Starbucks, Dark Horse, Cosmo s Pizza, the Goodwill, as well as many fine dining options. Need quick access to US-36? This house has it covered with access to the highway just a few blocks away. It is seriously one of the better locations in Boulder.

The house itself is a ranch-style home nestled on a beautifully manicured piece of property in the Martin Acres neighborhood of quiet South Boulder. This lovely home has 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom, with a welcoming floor plan that leads through the house to a large, fully fenced-in backyard. The grape vines over the pergola on the patio will grow delicious grapes in the summer months and there is even a brick pizza oven out back if you are into pizza (Who isn t? :)). There is ample space for gardening, extra shed storage, and plenty of yard for lounging and hanging out.

The new kitchen has a nice open layout for cooking and entertaining with sight lines into the dining and living room. Off the kitchen is a one car garage with a washer and dryer.

The bathroom has a charming clawfoot bathtub that dates back to the early 20th century, so it is a fun historical touch to a home that is full of modern amenities.
