Room Description

Hello! I'm looking for a respectful, quiet roommate to move in to my house in Temecula (I live out of town). There is currently 1 male roommate who is a medical resident. The home (2650 sq. ft.) is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is about a 3 minute drive from Pechanga Casino. It has also been newly renovated!

Rent is $990/ month (lease is month to month) and utilities and internet are included. It is also furnished with an in unit washer/dryer. First and last month rent is required at move in. No pets.

The room has a walk in closet and its own bathroom. There is also a new mattress (not pictured). Parking is available in the garage + driveway + street.

Room is available now!

Not allowed: pets, smoking, drugs, parties, and overnight guests. Tenant also not allowed to use home address for business license and activities.

Tenant must have renter's insurance.

    "There’s far less traffic than some other areas. There are prime rush hours on the highway in the morning and evening, but those can be avoided by timing your commute or taking back roads that take the same amount of time but feel faster. Overall, the commute is not bad. "
