"I’ve lived here for 18 years and love everything about this area. Bike trails that leads to the beach (Doheny is closest), mountain bike and hiking trails in the hills nearby, short drive to surf Salt Creek, San Clemente, Trestles, etc. 10 degrees cooler than Mission Viejo because of the ocean breeze!"
