Plenty of storage in linen closet in hallway, large walk-in closet in main bedroom and closets in each bedroom. Well maintained home with friendly, reliable landlords, ready for friendly, neighborly renters! Rent is $2,050 per month. Minimum 12 month lease. Owner provides regular pest control. Owner provides washer and dryer. Security/damage deposit is $2,050 and required at lease signing. Six person maximum occupancy. Applicants' gross monthly income must equal approximately three times or more the monthly rent, must have good references concerning rental payment, housekeeping, and property maintenance from all previous rentals, and must agree to the total number of occupants allowed. Criminal background check required. Credit history required. Previous rental history required. Tenant pays for all utilities, yard maintenance, HVAC filter monthly replacement. Must agree to abide by HOA policies. Two pet limit. Breed restrictions apply. Pet rent $75 per pet per month. Must have proof of flea and tick medication for pets. Absolutely no smoking. Parking in garage and driveway available for up to three vehicles. Vehicles must all be in working order, no oil leaks, and no vehicle maintenance is permitted on premises. Storage for boats, ATVs, or other recreational vehicles are not permitted. Vehicles must have current registration and must not violate city noise ordinances.     "The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. The deer roam freely and u often see roadrunners crossing the road. There are no rentals allowed where I live and the HOA keeps a tight rein so the yards are beautiful. Honestly , it’s paradise until the water bill comes during the summer or when the HOA fee is deducted from your checking account every month. On the other hand, the homes hold their value, the homeowners are kept informed of anything happening in the neighborhood and the gym, pool and amenities center are always clean and in good shape. "

    "There is a 2 dog per household limit in my subdivision. I believe you are also allowed two Cats. I have yet to hear someone being fined for having too many animals and ignoring HOA guidelines, but it could definitely happen. "
