"Conservative values, country living, neighbors help neighbors - love the 4th of July Buckaroo rodeo "
  • Miatalvan07
"We love our neighborhood. Its safe, friendly, and great for raising a family. The school boundaries are odd because they try to fill all 3 elementary schools in the area but the schools are generally good about letting you switch if they send you to Mulino or Rural Dell."
  • Miatalvan07
"Commute is great unless you work 9-5, then you get caught in Oregon City or Wilsonville/I5 traffic. We love it here."
  • Gallaght
"Lots of neighbor participation in various holiday events like Halloween, Christmas, and fourth of July. "
  • Annie W.
"I drive into Colton to work. Molalla is just far enough out of town without loosing your essentials. You still have to drive most places "
  • Katie V.
"No one picks up after their pets. There are many break ins in the area, the roads and sidewalks are seldom maintained. ODOT has refused to put in intersections and sidewalks, especially at the four way in the center of town. Where it has been needed for over a decade now. "
  • Randy R.
"Has some issues as all towns do. Certain crimes are on the rise and have been example: car thefts/break in. Drugs are bad in certain areas of town as well. "
  • Randy R.
"People never pick up their dog poop. They feel entitled to just leave poop all over. I mean if you like stepping in it then it’s perfect for you. Also there’s a lot of sketchy things out here so walking at night is defiantly a no go. Also can’t forget crossing the streets people rarely stop we just had a kid hit the other week! "
  • Tara.thewarborngroup
"It’s nice. Lots of druggies downtown though............................................................"
  • Jason B
"I commute to Hillsboro. Fabulous 1 hour drive on the way in, 1.5 hour drive on the way back. Beautifully scenic terrestrial views abound. "
  • Barb B.
"Great, small community. Close to the wilderness yet not far for the city. Low crime, Molalla Buckaroo brings a lot of people to town. "
  • Reannajoy1994
"the community is fairly dog friendly. the bar I work at allows dogs and my family constantly walks our dogs around with no issues. Clark park is a great local area for fetch. "
