No excessive traffic which is great for kids and pets, and fenced in back yard to boot. Mature landscaping and a quiet neighborhood round out the experience! "

    "We lived in Spanish Springs for 15 years, I cant believe I was that far out of town for so long. We love living in town, more specifically we love living in this part of town. It is very close to everything,(movies, food, entertainment, schools etc...) room for 3 dogs and a cat, great schools. Everything is so close yet we feel very detached from town while at home. it really is nice! "
