7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThey are teaching the children about being pansexual, transgender and non-binary. Then they teach them the made-up pronouns as they're telling the children there are more than two genders. Why are they perpetrating these lies? Why are the schools pushing propaganda and sexual topics? These teachers should be arrested for talking sexually to the students. You wouldn't let your next door neighbor talk to your children this way. These teachers should have to register as sex offenders. Then the principal, who I spoke to, lied and said they're not being taught these things.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 315 33rd Pl SW #T105.

"Transit center is good. Hour commute to downtown if driving. Good bus system. Only 25 minutes to Seatac airport. "
- Trulia User

"We’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 25 years. It’s basically nice. Most of the neighbors are nice but very clickish and hard to get to know. They definitely feel like they own the place and are mostly put out with any changes. The worst thing is the homeowners association. We have no say when it comes to their operational choices like what they spend our money on. I will never be a part of an HOA again."

"I drive to downtown Seattle. Not a fun commute. But most people take the express bus and it’s not as bad. "

"no one ever picks up after their dog. So when walking your dog you are dodging poop in certain areas. the sidewalk are full of ice I'm very dangerous the only option is to walk in the middle of the road"

"Federal Way isn't a good place to live...way too crowded! It's a cluster, and you better watch out for the red light cameras. One good thing though...some good restaurants like Biscuit's Cafe & Jimmie Mac's."
- Andrea W.

"I enjoy this neighborhood because my neighbors are very aware of what and who should be in the area and we look out for each other. "
- Maria W.

"Excellent neighborhood with many helpful friendly faces. Fun bike rides and safe walks with wide streets and sidewalks leading to beautiful views of the Puget Sound. Convenient to a beautiful golf course, restaurants, and well kept parks. "

"My life is good in the area. I walk in the AM and PM and have never had any problem. Great area for kids and a park only a block away. Friendly neighbors and the Association does a good job keeping the area safe and fun to live in. Golfing nearby and buses too. Love it..."
