Two additional, nicely sized bedrooms and roomy hall bath with linen closet round out the second floor. Both bathrooms have been renovated, all you need to bring is your toothbrush. Down below, the basement is finished and offers great space for entertaining, working out, or maybe watching a game? Going out on a limb, but I think one or two Eagles games may have been watched down here over the years? In addition to the finished room, there is tons of easy to access storage in the crawl space. The lot is a great size, not too much to take care of, but enough room to offer wonderful outdoor living space and yard to enjoy. Unfortunately the snow will make it tough to appreciate, but out back there is a large patio providing plenty of space for lounging, dining, and grilling, as well as a lovely yard.
