Remodeled in the last few years, so the unit looks great. Backs up against the Raven Golf course. Has small back yard/patio. Very quiet area. Common area includes 2 pools/spa, playgrounds, volleyball, BBQ and more.

Very close to airport, ASU, downtown, shopping and more.

If you have bad references, rental history or credit don't bother and look elsewhere.

Pets are TBD and may require more deposit.

Looking for min 6-month lease but prefer a year.

Rent is $2100 per month includes garbage, water and sewer. You will be responsible for your own power (SRP), internet and any other utility.

Deposit and other fees will be required up front.
