Inside you'll find a completely remodeled historic home with lovely kitchen featuring exposed antique ceiling joists in the kitchen, all new cabinets, and a large pass-through window to the rear yard area.

Also on the first level is a 1/2 bath, a utility room, a pantry closet, and large living room with coat closet.

Heading upstairs you'll find three nice-sized bedrooms, each with built-in closets, and a generous-sized full bathroom, with 5-ft tub, and a two-sink vanity cabinet. Also, just outside of the full bathroom is the laundry area, which is large enough to accommodate a full-size washer and dryer.

Behind the home you'll find a large backyard and nice-sized shed for storage.

This home is on private well and septic, so there are no monthly water and sewer bills, and the property owner shares with the tenant the cost to have the lawn cut and trimmed regularly.

Regular bills for tenants include: wi-fi, electric, and trash removal service.

No smoking inside the home. Only one small dog is allowed.

    "It's Crumpton. Lovely and quiet. I used to come here as a child and attend the antique auction on Wednesday night. I love antiques and this locale is familiar to anyone who grew up in the area. If old houses and antiques stir something in your heart this is definitely he place to be. There are nice beaches just a short distance away and Ocean City is about an hour's drive. Love fresh seafood? You will find the best in Kent and Queen Anne's county. Plus there is the Sultana and the Chester River with beautiful 18th century homes. Want an education? Washington College is nearby in Chestertown along with a very good community college in Wye Mills."
