"The streets in Buffalo New York are terrible and need to be repaired and maintained properly, not just patches in the roads. "
  • Jai.monique
"There isn’t a lot of dog parks or areas for dogs to be able to run around without streets being so busy "
  • Spmack2014
"Safe, walkable. Walking distance to the zoo, multiple playgrounds, 2 large parks and many stores, restaurants and cafes. "
  • James Hancock
"There is nothing not to like about it they will love it here a lot of friendly people it’s a dog park you can take your dogs to"
  • Lori
"Porch fest, parades, lawn fates, music events outside, carnivals, a lot of outdoor activities, fundraisers "
  • Kevin C.
"I have lived at shady acres 10 plus years. It went from a happy fun loving comfortable place to live with hundreds of trees ,great people and respectful neighbors. That all changed once harmony communities bought the place . Once they bought it you are not treated like a tenant you are treated like property, they have made up rules on the fly , purposely fine you without any notification increase rent to the max every year with no justification, try to implement illegal extra charges . The management is a dictatorship along with his boss who will never call you back on a complaint or fix any bad situation. Horrible place to live, Horrible management. "
  • John Deaderick
"Lots of other friendly dog owners. We met many of our friends through dog walks. Block after block of charming neighborhoods to explore while walking."
  • David Eley
"I have lived in Parkside for two years and enjoy the friendly low-key neighborly vibe. A beautiful expansive park with a variety of activities is only two blocks away.."
  • Nancur5656
"I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 30 years. Even though it has what’s considered a Buffalo zip, it’s actually in the Town of Tonawanda. Good schools, great Town services. The neighborhood is very diverse, I’m white and a lesbian. We have “traditional” white families and also many new homeowners are immigrants from around the world. There’s a new playground in the area also a Boys & Girls Club that is great for after school care. We are within walking distance of the Niagara River with easy access to both the 190 and 290 expressways "
  • Jes Dabb
"Buffalo is called the city of good neighbors and it is so true. Incredible history and unique homes with walkable cafes and restaurants on the west side and Elmwood village. "
  • Ismail hossain
"I live this area 4 years,I didn't see anything happens. I feel safe this area. Restaurant all halal food walking distance."

  • Md Alam
"Very good neighborhood,I like this neighborhood ,many people are friendly,People have easy access to go highway/33"
  • Jenna Brooks
"Lots of walking routes and plenty of small park areas. High population means for more dog encounters for friendly pups but also more sniffing spots for those that prefer to avoid leash meetings with others."
  • Yvgwsvsc6p
"Every day is a blessing and it will be better if we all just work together and get along like we’re supposed to"
