We have a kindergartener and a third grader (who has attended since K) at Hoover and we love it!! The teachers we’ve had are absolutely amazing!!

Why are we taxpayers paying her more than $140,000 (according to See Through NY) + benefits when Hoover ranks just 93rd in WNY, according to "Business First's" annual rankings?

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI feel the rating this school has received is unfair. Students don’t perform well on tests if they are absent an excessive number of days. The teachers at Holmes are fantastic and if a child attends and is ready to learn they will benefit from the extra mile all of the teachers go for the kids. Was hoping this year would be better, but the principal is on a medical leave, a gym teacher fired, and another Kindergarten teacher just left. The turn over in administration and teachers is astounding! The people they have running it are less than impressive.
