Included in the lease is the cost for the monthly utility bill water and garbage/recycling/composting services. Renter is responsible for setting up and paying for all other utilities (e.g., gas, electricity, internet). No smoking/vaping in or on the property. If pets: $250 deposit per pet. When applying, there will be a $55/per person application fee. Section 8 housing vouchers are accepted; the allowable amount must match the monthly rent for this listing. We follow the City of Minneapolis' Inclusive Screening criteria for criminal, housing, and credit checks.
