DESCRIPTION: 5 bedroom 2 bath home with spacious common spaces. This house is located midway between downtown and WWU campus. Some shared off-street parking available. Coin-op, shared laundry.

TENANT APPROVAL CRITERIA: $50 application fee. 650+ credit score and verifiable monthly income that is 3x the tenant's portion of the rent. If not qualified (common for students), tenants must have co-signers.
