I am changing jobs (army RN/travel RN) and have to relocate, March rent already paid. The apartment is leased until the November 25th. Rent is PAID for March, so the sooner you move in, the more free rent you get. It is unfurnished, but appliances (refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. are included)

This is a lovely place to live. Newly built, 4.5 stars on Google, quiet, but central location close to downtown amenities. Also, rents have risen since I moved in (comparable units are $1700+ on their website now), so this is your chance to get a great deal.

The apartment has industrial-style concrete flooring, an open floor plan, European style cabinetry and quartz countertops.

Feel free to come see it if you're interested. I have a busy work/army drill schedule, but I'll do my best to fit you in ASAP.
