1 bedroom, small unit. This unit is walking distance to many restaurantsandshops as well as easy access to the I10, the 95 and the 17! On the outskirts of Riverside and Murray Hill about a mile from Riverside Hospital. There are 2 one bedroom units on the first floor and a 2 bedroom unit upstairs. Both are currently being used as Airbnb properties. Both are fully furnished. Wifi and all utilities included! The
one bedroom unit is $1250 monthly that is ready as soon as we get an approved application.

We do 3,6,9 or 12 month leases. The rental amount will vary based on the lease term. Price quoted is for a 6 month lease.

We also offer month to month with a 2 month minimum at $1300 monthly. Month to month requires 14 day notice for move out and all utilities (water,sewer,garbage and electric) all remain in landlords name and responsibility. Rent amount includes water, Sewer, garbage and wifi. Security system also in place

    "Murray Hill is undergoing what some call a "Gentrification" process. Many of these lovely older homes are being bought, renovated and resold to more affluent (okay, usually caucasian) people who are not quite able to buy in Riverside or Avondale. The result is that more businesses are opening which, in turn, brings an influx of people from all social strata. Of course, it still has a way to go before it can compete with the likes of Avondale or Five Points...but just give it time! Yes, there are definitely areas and sometimes just blocks that one should avoid, but on the whole, the neighborhood has a good "Feel" to it and a fairly strong sense of community. Right now is a good time to move to Murray Hill because, from observing the measurable current trends, housing prices are going to rise steadily for the next few years."
