Description

MLS# 293180 Golf course community living. Enjoy the course, community pool, tennis & pickle ball courts in this highly sought-after Horn Rapids community. With 4-bedroom, 2-bath home delivers the kind of lifestyle buyers chase but rarely find at this price point. From the moment you step inside, the open-concept layout immediately feels functional, comfortable, and connected, with natural flow between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces that makes everyday living feel effortless. Luxury vinyl plank flooring through the high-traffic areas brings durability without sacrificing style, while the split-bedroom design creates privacy where it matters most. The kitchen opens directly into the heart of the home, allowing conversations, gatherings, and busy weekday routines to move seamlessly without walls cutting everyone off from the action. Outside, the low-maintenance yard gives you the freedom to enjoy your weekends instead of spending them maintaining a property. This is the kind of home built for people who value their time. Located just minutes from Hanford and PNNL, the convenience factor here is hard to overstate. Buyers working long hours will immediately understand the value of getting home faster, decompressing sooner, and living inside a community intentionally designed around recreation and lifestyle. Horn Rapids is more than a neighborhood—it’s an environment. Residents enjoy access to community pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, parks, basketball courts, walking paths, golf, and a park-like setting that creates a completely different feel from standard subdivision living. Homes in this area consistently attract strong attention because buyers know inventory here does not sit long when priced correctly. The combination of location, lifestyle, newer construction, functionality, and low maintenance creates demand from multiple buyer pools all at once. Whether you’re relocating, upsizing, downsizing, or simply tired of sacrificing lifestyle for convenience, this home hits a rare balance that buyers wait months to find. "It’s great for walking, the trails are basically our back yard, but the houses on that edge are not allowed to have fencing, per city code, so we have to do potty on a leash. If your house is not on the edge of the trail access you can have a fence, our neighbors across the street have them. "
  • Sierra L.
"Of the three districts, I feel like Richland is the best. Also, there are plenty of parks so even if you have a small yard, there is sure to be a park really close."

"I moved here years ago after growing up in Los Angeles California. We have low crime, beautiful rivers for boating, tubing, kayaking and now water-yoga which is done on top of your paddle board. All types of restaurants including outdoor dining in the summertime at any of the many wineries here. 3 hospitals for peace of mind that are outstanding. It’s just a more low-key place to live for all demographics. People here are honest hard workers, but without the aggression that I saw daily in LA"
  • Sandraeynon
"That’s is no gangs is a safe community for the new generations. Hospitals, schools and all other business (stores) are so close and convinced from my home. "
  • Rludwigsen
"It would be fine to have dogs in our neighborhood. As long as they’re not running free. Some people might not like the barking. "
  • Sonee1606
"leash etiquette (keeping them on leashes as well),picking up after dogs business, well mannered dogs, no barking after 9pm"
  • Jillian P. H.
"Nonexistent as I do not work outside of the home. My husband commutes to Hanford and it takes about 45 minutes."
