  • Mikaila mclean
"5 points is cool. Im an actual native so I’ve watched it change ALOT!! Far from what it used to be 🤣. It’s cool. "
  • Keeley O'keefe
"this is a metropolitan, urban area so children will be exposed to these respective elements. loud concert goers, music from passing cars, bar travelers on the weekend, the occasional homeless person and a decent amount of foot traffic"
  • Trulia User
"There is nothing that they would not like the neighbors and the neighborhood is great and the community is wonderful"
  • Trulia User
"Kids do not respect other properties, they break windowns they fire alarms every week and overall doesn’t feel safe to live in here"
  • Trulia User
"The roads are hardly ever busy, my commute to work downtown is so easy with tons of options including walking, Lyft/Uber scooter, or public transport via bus or train. "
  • Trulia User
"The oil refinery has multiple lawsuits for pollution in the area. The area is filthy and neglected by the city. "
  • Trulia User
"Having your car broken into and seeing your neighbors in the parking lot dealing with the same. It’s awesome "
  • Trulia User
"Convenient lite rails and bus stops spreaded around. As near as only 3 blocks away. Commute is quiet. Commute may come on time or too late never know 🤷🏽‍♀️ I haven’t had any problem riding the bus or lite rail and the lite rail is very comfortable. They still have some seats closed off for social distancing. I don’t have anything else to say about it"
  • Trulia User
"Farmers market! Events! So much clubs and gathering places! Lots of gyms too! Event center close by does so many fun events. Street parties and events going on in the block. The train is close by! "
  • Trulia User
"Little to no greenery... the area looks terrible and isn’t kept up with. I live close by and only drive through here"
  • Lgredmama1
"Lots of homeless people moving in and around. Beautiful Colorado as always. Use to be a place for jazz and history now being taking over. "
  • Jessica B.
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 3 years. I love this neighborhood, still has lots of action, character and old denver folks."
  • Noelle L.
"This IS a trick or treating neighborhood!! We put on a show. We ran out of a 5 lb bag of candy in less than two hours with only 1-2 per child. Had a remote controlled fog machine and Halloween music, motion activated spiders and beers for adults. Our neighbors brought us back up candy because they saw popular we were. We love trick or treaters!"
  • Laposalucci
"Walkable neighborhood, with many accessible places and well served by public transit. Curtis park is very convenient though not clean all the times. "
  • Moskalmatt
"Incredibly easy to commute anywhere! Union station, bike paths, beautiful!. Even bus system and parking are great"
  • Jeff C.
"The walk to downtown, baseball games, and River North (RiNo) is easy. The neighborhood is definitely transforming."
  • Lauren.m.thomas1984
"Busy streets and lots of traffic at crosswalks and in the neighborhood. Cars cruise relatively quickly so keep a close eye on your pets! "
  • Diana
"There’s lot of parks. The neighborhood is nice to walk around because the houses all have so much character. Everyone seems pretty friendly. "
  • Lukas A.
"A lot of homeless people that refuse to clean up after themselves%. Mostly young people between late twenties to Ate thirties. "
  • Michelle.kent
"It’s not the safest neighborhood for walking around. There are a lot of homeless issues and frequent shootings."
  • Alicia K.
"I see people with dogs everywhere. It would be nice if we had more grass areas to walk to. This is city warehouse living"
  • Alexander M.
"Parking is hard to come by. Up and coming neighborhood. Probably not the greatest area to raise a family."
  • Eazymartinez103
"What makes my neighborhood Unique is the diversity on every corner from Ford to Rich some medium class"
  • David A. W.
"it's a nice neighborhood. it used to be rougher as with most places in denver but it is growing upwards fast. theres more of a community here now with several parks and gardens for the residents to enjoy. I like the area especially with larimer and all the breweries so close"
  • Diedra B.
"terrible all ways traffic. no parking. people park on our streets to go to the bars. Homeless people everywhere down here. "
  • Kkarcz505

  • Erin J.
"It is a combination of a great upcoming community/ a place where my car had been broken into and I have felt unsafe at the local Safeway. Have to take your bad with the good!"
  • Nona Wolf
"It's the best of all worlds - you can walk to everything, like restaurants, pubs, grocery store, et... yet it's a quiet enclave with easy access to I-25 (for those who have to commute) The history and beauty of this building make it a true gem. It's dog friendly, bike friendly, low traffic, and a walkers paradise. Great neighbors, too !"
  • Daisyegavarrete
