Description

Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in South Boulder available for 1 (or more) year lease.

This home must be seen to fully appreciate. Starting with the front yard and moving through: petite garage for your convertible, extra spacious driveway easily parks 2 more cars. Mature trees, surrounded by lawn (automatic sprinklers), and very pleasant custom-made porch for lemonade sipping.

Inside is a living room with hardwood floors, bay window, light tube, and an open plan to the kitchen and dining room, complete with pass-through window. Dining room and kitchen both have large sliding glass doors and are bathed in morning sunshine. Kitchen has all stainless appliances, gas range, solid surface countertops, modern lighting and tile floor.

Guest bedroom has 4 windows, facing north and west. Generous closet and overhead lighting. Guest bath features tile floor and shower, deep soaking tub, pedestal sink, heater and oversized mirror.

The office/ 3rd bedroom is small, but has two large windows facing west, storage for electronics, paper, etc, and can be used as another guest room if you so choose.

The master suite was designed by an award-winning architecture firm and features walk-in closet, stackable washer/dryer, book nook, fire place, wall of windows, vaulted ceiling, and of course, its own master bath. The master bath has a heated Saltillo tile floor, concrete counter tops, sculpted steel basin, up/down shades, and a luxurious tile shower bay with 2 shower heads and Euro-style door.

The home has dimmers on almost every switch, so ambiance is easy and always available. Heat is natural gas, forced air, and cooling (should you need it) comes from central AC, but also shade trees and a powerful whole house fan...however this house is amazingly comfy most of the time, simply by opening or closing windows.

A large deck connects the master suite to the kitchen and features a 4-person Jacuzzi, bought in 2025. The back yard also has a side yard for storage, a large, sprinklered lawn and shade tree. Need to park bikes? Great, there is a garage with power door just off the kitchen, perfect for skis, bikes, sporting goods and the occasional project.

If you have a dog, there is a splendid doggy-door, perfect for a small to mid-sized pup. Pets, however, must meet some pretty rigorous standards.

Pets, furnishings, lease terms negotiable. NO Airbnb, VRBO or any subleasing whatsoever. This home is 75 years old and has plenty of charm, but is not a perfect, flawless new home, and we seek tenants who both understand and appreciate that.
