About this House

Love Sunshine? FIRST FLOOR Gem almost ready for you!

About the unit-
This is a very LARGE unit located on the FIRST floor of a three unit building- one on each floor. There are windows on all four sides of the house, so it is sunny and bright.

It has just been painted throughout and has lots of updates, including flooring and lighting. We also just built two new closets in the bedrooms, because there weren't any.

There is a HUGE eat in kitchen with lots of cabinets and a 10' countertop.

Off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with WASHER AND DRYER in it. The bathroom is also off the kitchen.

There are TWO LIVING ROOMS and TWO BEDROOMS.
Note: The second living room is often used as a THIRD bedroom, depending on how you would like to use the space.

About the Property-
The roofs, windows, decks and furnaces have all been replaced and the owners are constantly working on a project or two. The front entries are next.
We also own 27 Pool Street (right next door) and the entire property and parking lot are fenced in.
Parking includes one assigned space in the parking lot. Others do have to park on the street.
There is a dumpster on the property that gets emptied TWO times a WEEK, to be sure the property stays neat and clean.

The rent is $2,000 and this includes the heat. Tenants pay for electricity and hot water is an electric hot water heater. The average bill is about $100/month depending on your usage.

Pets-
An indoor cat (or two max) may be negotiable with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit. They must be indoor only and fixed.

We are looking for-
Non-smoking, quiet, clean, responsible tenants who can appreciate what we have to offer! The other tenants in our buildings are wonderful, respectful neighbors.

"There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood quiet roads and sidewalks to walk them. There are also trails and parks nearby. The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
