"There are great educational opportunities in the area which includes a Magnet School. The neighbourhood is in walking distance to downtown entertainment, local parks, waterfronts, and the transit (bus and/or train) are easily accessible. There is a variety of religious institutions no matter your beliefs. The hospital and police station are close by. More importantly, what gives this town its charm is the people. A diverse community of individuals who found a way to blend their cultural differences to make a place feel like home. "

"Stores and restaurants are in walking distance. I 95 is two blocks away and the bus stop it’s only one block away. So it benefits me and my family very well whether I’m driving or not"

"I live near a golf course! Lots of walkers with their dogs. I see plenty of wildlife (fox, coyote, and dear) the Silvermine River is nearby. More or less safe!"

"This is a neighborhood in the real sense. People not only look out for each other. We mow each other’s lawns, shovel each other’s driveways, watch out for each other’s children. We LOVE each other as neighbors, regardless of race, religion, marital status, kids, or any other exclusion. We love anyway. "

"We have a very quiet neighborhood that is surrounded by many businesses and opportunities for minority and the rest just get by. Many things are local and we have the best college around, NCC. Most awesome people are there studying and having fun. "
